2. Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)  along with 2x photocopies 
3. Original Domicile / permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) along with 2x photocopies
4. 4x passport size photograph dully attested
5. In case of candidates already serving in any Government / semi Government , No Objection certificate (NOC) dully signed by the Head of concerned  Department will be provided in original at the time of initial registration .
